Day 2: July 18, 2019

What a great day we had today. Even though some of us were jetlagged due to our long travels, after a rest at the hotel, we explored Frankfurt, doing a TD led walk and seeing the main sights downtown. Frankfurt is one of the largest cities in Germany and is its banking capital. In the evening near the cathedral of the town we had a typical German dinner, consisting of cheese Spoetzl and of course accompanied by many delicious drinks. Tonight we got a good night’s rest so we can prepare for our day tomorrow including castles, German countryside, and getting into our river boat in the town of Cochem.
